TSS CAM CLUTCH

Utilizing a sprag clutch mechanism, the TSS series often achieves higher torque capacities than similar ramp & roller designs. This series is specifically ideal for applications that require high speed inner race overrunning in a very compact package. The clutch locks the inner and outer races, through the wedging action of cams, to transmit torque in one direction of rotation and overrun (freewheel) in the opposite direction.
